NEVC Announces Athletes of the Week Honorees (3/31)

Leominster, Mass. - The New England Volleyball Conference (NEVC) has announced its Athlete of the Week honorees for the week ending 3/29/26. The full list of honorees can be found below.
Athlete of the Week
Aidan Iacovelli (Sr., OH), Endicott
Iacovelli led Endicott to a 3-0 victory over Nichols.
The senior finished with 18 kills on 37 attempts with just 6 errors (.324 percent) and averaged 6.00 kills per set. He has finished with 18 or more kills in a match 7 times this season, and it was his third consecutive with 18 or more.
Was also a perfect 21-21 in serve-receive, with 8 digs.
Rookie of the Week
Aidan Barron (Fr., OH), Endicott
In his first career start at Nichols, Barron produced 5 kills on 8 attacks (.625) during the 3-0 sweep.
Also added three digs in the middle and one block assist.

The NEVC is a NCAA Division III single-sport conference sponsoring the sport of men’s volleyball. The conference is comprised of seven institutions: Bard College, Endicott College, Nichols College, SUNY Polytechnic Institute, SUNY Potsdam, Russell Sage College, and Vermont State University – Johnson.
